CANCELLATION POLICY
A 12 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel after 12 hours of scheduled appointment, it is considered a Late Cancellation. This will result in a 50% charge of your service. NO EXCEPTIONS. No Call-No Shows will result in 100% charge of service. There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. Any arrival after the grace period will be charged as a Late Cancellation. You can receive a wax on your menstrual cycle, as long as you have a clean insertion in.
